DMSI operates multi-functional facilities, where cross-dock and warehouse/storage activities are directed alongside value added distribution services. Expanding client needs, increasingly complex supply chain models, and competition have forced retailers and manufacturers to outsource part of their supply chain. To achieve these external capabilities, DMSI has been key in providing third party warehousing and distribution services.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining our distribution and warehousing services has proven to be a strategy that has given us a competitive advantage, internally and externally.

Our strategy has allowed us to comfortably utilize client systems, develop bolt-on process management software to integrate with client systems, or provide DMSI stand alone capabilities to fully support client warehouse and distribution requirements.

Partnering with clients is our primary focus. We have demonstrated success integrating existing client WMS and Order Processing systems with operations at DMSI. As a result, DMSI functions as an integral part of the retail and manufacturing logistics/distribution network. Our processing management team is trained in the client's procedures insuring a seamless view of the supply chain process. We are committed to on-going audits of quality and process accuracy to ensure supply chain efficiency.
